Instructions
- Empty the required amount of chicken coating in a bowl.
- Coat chicken pieces in whisked egg or milk.
- Put the chicken pieces in the bowl and coat evening with the mix.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- Deep fry the chicken for approximately 15 minutes, medium heat, turning occasionally.
- Ensure the chicken is fully cooked and piping hot all the way through.
1 pack will coat –
- 10 chicken thigh pieces; or
- 25 chicken leg pieces or
- 30 chicken wings.
